Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-28
These Terms govern your use of Astrozella (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. For entertainment only
Astrozella provides tarot readings and related content for personal entertainment and self-reflection.
Nothing on the Service is professional advice. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional guidance, and must not be relied on to make important decisions. Always consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Readings are generated by deterministic software from a fixed library of written content. They do not predict the future and make no claim of accuracy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to subscribe. By using it you confirm that you are.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal
Paid features are offered on a recurring subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g. monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, applicable taxes/VAT, and issues your receipt. We do not store your full card details.
We will tell you the price and billing interval before you subscribe, and — where a free trial is offered — remind you before it converts to a paid term. We may change prices or features with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or breach security, no automated scraping, reverse engineering, or resale of the content. The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and take effect for continued use. These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
