Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: 2026-06-28
How subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and your refund and withdrawal rights. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We show the price and interval before you buy and remind you before a free trial converts to a paid subscription.
2. How to cancel
Cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — there is no cancellation fee. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; partial periods are not pro-rated unless required by law.
3. Free trials
Where a trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The price and date are shown when you start the trial.
4. Refunds and EU/UK withdrawal right
Astrozella is digital content supplied immediately. If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; however, by starting to use a digital subscription immediately you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully performed, as permitted by law.
Outside those rights, payments are generally non-refundable, but we review reasonable requests (for example accidental or duplicate charges) case by case and will always honour your mandatory statutory rights.
5. Billing problems
If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us at [email protected] before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it quickly. Billing is handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.
